At FragFlex, we want you to feel confident in your scent profile; if you are not fully satisfied with your fragrance purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that have been lightly tested and remain at least 95% full.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the fragrance bottle back into its original designer box and secure it within a shipping carton with protective padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent experts verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
